Keel wrote a sympathy message

“So sorry to hear of Jim's passing. I can't pass a Starbucks without thinking of him. In fact, when he was associate pastor at Wellington, his nickname was Gemini Starbucks. Pastor Don Cross would often refer to Jim & I from the pulpit and he got tagged with Gemini Starbucks after that. I'll also never forget Jim riding with me chasing a steam engine and telling Anna that "we were clear off the ground a couple of times! Good thing that suburban had hand holds!" Keel & Anna Middleton.”
