He was predeceased by: his parents, James J. Holden and Patsy Ann Holden; and his sister Kathy Lynette Firey. He is survived by: his son Mike Holden of Joplin; his girlfriend Diana Gatliff of Tulsa; and his sister Debbie Whitlock (Brad) of Springfield. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
