He is survived by: his son Nic Lewis of Pueblo, CO.; his sisters, Kathy McGowan (Jim) of Marietta, GA and Mary Jane Worthing (Brooks) of Carlsbad, CA; his nephew Michael McGowan; his niece Tara Hofer (Brad); and his great-niece Bobbi Jo Perau (Blaine).
