He is survived by: his wife Mary Hughey; his children, Sarah Kepnick (George), Amanda Ashley (Dan), Courtney McCarty (Kevin), Christopher Hughey (Jessie) and Emily Hughey (Shpat Alili); his grandchildren, Edison Ashley, Sadie Ashley, Robin Kepnick and Addilyn Hughey; his brother Randy Hughey (Cyndy); his niece Jennifer Taylor; and his nephew Kyle Hughey.
