She is survived by: her sister Patricia "Tricia" Church-Unkenholz (Don) of Joplin; her nieces, Kristina "Kris" Church of Joplin, Julia Church of Joplin and Tracy Carpenter of Webb City; and her nephew Robert Church of Joplin.
