With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Jim A. Niebruegge of Joplin, Missouri, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his sisters, Nellie Whithaus and Edna; his son Kevin Niebruegge; and his granddaughter April Burgess. He is survived by: his wife Patsy of Largent's General Store; his children, James Allen Niebruegge, Jr. (Barbara) of San Antonio, TX, Leonard Niebruegge (Sarah) of Plato, MO, Renee Miller (Jim) of Joplin and Doresa Harris (Tim) of Affton, MO; and his daughter-in-law Judy Niebruegge of Success, MO.. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM, on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM and at 2:00 PM. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Park Plaza Christian Church (3220 S Indiana Ave, Joplin, MO 64804).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made in memory of Jim to Park Plaza Christian Church, Roby Christian Church, Palace Cemetery, St. Marcus Cemetery, or Mt. Pisgah Cemetery in care of the mortuary.
