He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Moffett and Marguerite Moffett. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette; his sister Dixie Moore; his brother-in-law Larry; his daughter Lisa; his son-in-law David; his grandsons, Garen (Holli), Joran and Caleb; his great grandchildren, Luke and Alice; his nephew Matt; and his niece Laurie.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Osborne Memorial Park Cemetery.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Carthage Humane Society, a non-profit no kill shelter.
