She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Chapman and Wanita Chapman (Hansen); and her siblings, Robert Chapman and Jean Chapman. She is survived by: her sons, Jeremy Clark (Susannah), Doug Clark (Brooke) and Josh Clark (Michelle); and her sister Kathy Wendtland. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
