She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Sills and Josephine Sills (Savute); her son Pete Welch; her siblings, Sandy Smith and Tommy Sills; her daughter-in-law Penni Welch; and her brothers-in-law, Butch Haymaker, Earl Johnson and Jim Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Keni Jo Garrett and Kim Ann Garrett; her grandchildren, Zak Thornton, Heather Welch and Chris Dunning (Laurie); her great grandchildren, Abbi Caldwell, Chloe Caldwell, Gabe Caldwell, Lyric Meyer, Luke Dunning, Drew Dunning and Claire Dunning; and her siblings, Carol Johnson, Marvin Sills (Linda), Frank Sills (Loretta) and Linda Meredith.
In lieu of flowers (She thought they were a waste of money), memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Children's Hospital.
