He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Garman and Grace Garman (Hamilton); his sister Judy Davis (Garman); and his father-in-law Bill Blair. He is survived by: his wife Linda Garman (Blair); his daughters, Stephanie Freed (Brandon) and Angela Brower (Darrin); his grandchildren, Blair Freed, Jesse Brower (Emily), Brooke Smith (Carter), Abby Brower, Chloe Brower, Barrett Freed and Lucas Brower; his great grandchild Lincoln Brower; and his mother-in-law Myrtle Blair (Ziegenbein). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and brothers and sisters-in-law.
