He is survived by: his wife Mary Hamilton; and his children, Brian Hendricks (Lisa) of Weir, KS, Jason Hamilton of Duenweg, MO and Susie Olds (Shane). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
