He is survived by: his children, Heather Garrett of Joplin, MO, Robyn Kolb (Troy), John Coffman of Oklahoma City, OK and Chad Garrett of Diamond, MO.; and his grandchildren, Avery Parker, Ty Kennedy, Trent Kolb, Krystal Callorez, Caycee Dawn Coffman, Keshia Erbe-Wheatley, Chance Wheatley, Jodie Howard and Carlie Howard.
