He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wilkins and Gertrude Wilkins (Kingrey); his wife Billie Erlene Tandy; his brothers, Jim and George; and his grandson Adam Moore.
He is survived by: his children, Sherrie Moore (Edward), John Frederick Wilkins Jr. (Robin), Christi Hare (Bill) and Charles Wilkins (Terri); his grandchildren, Tiffanie, Anglenia, Sarah, Freddy, Amber, Bob, John III, Tasha, Elizabeth, Katelyn and Cody; and his brother Jack. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made through Parker Mortuary to the Missouri Baptist Children's Home.
