She was predeceased by: her parents, William Johnson and Pearl Johnson; her husbands, Pepper and David; her son James Sherwood; her brothers, Bruce and James Johnson; and her sister-in-law Judy Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Sherwood of Joplin, Kelli Newman (Jay) of Joplin and Stacey Sherwood of Arkansas; her granddaughter Ramona Lannon of Grove, Oklahoma.; her sister Margaret Johnson of University City, Missouri; her sister-in-law Diana Johnson of Neosho, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Stormi Newman of Jaxon Sherwood, C. J, Million, Zane Newman, Xander Sherwood, Amy Bonds Ragland and Lacy West. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; and a large extended family and many dear friends.
