He was predeceased by: his sister Angela Allen. He is survived by: his wife Amy Allen; his children, Dakota Allen, Amanda Long, Angelica Voskamp (Bret), Courtney Morris (Amanda Wilson), Charity Hills (Austin) and Blake Hurley; and his siblings, Mandy Allen, Daryl Long (Stephanie) and Randy Forsyth.
