He was predeceased by : his parents, Billy Ray Culpepper and Ginger Johnson Culpepper. He is survived by : his nephew Kamron Allen Culpepper; his wife Teri Culpepper; his son Zachary Culpepper; his stepsons, Adam Hoffman (Carrie) and Joshua Malcome (Ashley); and his siblings, Keith Culpepper (Pam), Kelly Culpepper (Lynette) and Shelli Huie (Tim). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
