He was predeceased by: his father John J. Hallacy (Jack); his stepdaughter Bonnie Dominguez; his grandparents, John, Leona Hallacy, Fred and Edna Trout; and his nephew Jake Joseph Hallacy.
He is survived by: his mother Marjorie E. Hallacy (Trout); his wife Kelly Brown Hallacy; his stepsons, Tim O'Brien and Kris Brown; and his siblings, Dianne (Marvin Linville), El Dorado, Dave (Amy Hallacy) and Daniel (Shawn Hallacy). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins; five nephews, two nieces, five great nephews, and six great nieces.
The family request, friends and family make donations to a charity of their choice in lieu of flowers.
