He is survived by: his wife Lyla Getchell; his sister Patricia Getchell of Elkins; and his children, Roy Getchell (Tracy) of Palmer Lake, John Getchell (Marie) of Nassau, Bahamas, Tess Watson (Rod) of Weir, Jamie Myers (Terry) of Carl Junction, Missouri and Nick Lucian (Denise) of Columbus, Kansas.. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as many extended family members and friends.
