She is survived by: her husband JC Budd; her children, Kevin Hale, Kimberly Friend, Jamie Kempner, Christopher Budd and Carrie Budd; her grandchildren, Robyn Ward (Cody), Bo Budd (Araceli), Megan Howerton (Cody), Justin Hale (Rhonda), Austin Hale and Jack Hale; and her sisters, Vivian Hight (Jimmy) and Evelyn Fuchs (Albert). She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
