She was predeceased by : her parents, Daniel Dewy Dye and Bessie Cherry Dye; her former husband Warren J. Hopkins; her siblings, Oscar, Dewey Jr., Robert Lyle, James, Joe, Elmer Dye and Marie Comer; and her siblings-in-law, Naomi Dye, Juanita Mahan, Loretta Ball, Rae Nofziger and Jerry Briscoe.

She is survived by : her children, Kenneth W. Hopkins (Terry) of Granby, Neal J. Hopkins (Judi) of Joplin, Norman Leroy Hopkins (T. J.) of Granby, Jerry Dee Hopkins of Licking and Terrie Ann Hopkins-Burton of Duenweg, Missouri; her brothers, Isaac Lee Dye of West Plains, Missouri and David Dye (Sarah) of West Plains, Missouri; and her sister-in-law Ruth Bennett of West Plains. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and 21 great-great-grandchildren.

A graveside service was held on Monday, May 16th 2022 at 11:00 AM at the New Liberty Church Cemetery (2755 Co Rd 4280, West Plains, MO 65775).
