He was predeceased by: his mother Jolene Mckinzie of Carthage Missouri. He is survived by: his parent JC Sr. Mckinzie of Carthage Missouri; his wife Elaine McKinzie; his grandchildren, Kendel and Mia; and his sisters, Tina McKinzie, Michelle Peterson and Jacee Mckinzie.
