He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleo E. Walker-Allen and Bertha Mae Walker-Allen. He is survived by: his wife Vicky Sue Buck of Cherokee; his children, Jeffery Tod and Kerri Sue of Joplin; and his brothers, Cleo C. Allen of Topeka and Glenn D. Allen. He is also survived by niece and several nephews.
