He is survived by: his parents, Daniel Avicola and Kathy Avicola; his wife Lara Avicola; his children, Lane Dunham, Taylor Avicola, Lillyan Dunham (Garret Babbitt), Landen Dunham (Morgan Compton) and Alexandria Spurgeon-Avicola; his siblings, Rebecca Davis (Charles Davis) and Ted Houlton (Jandi Houlton); his nieces and nephews, River, Lilly, Bella, Chance, Tyler, Katelyn (Noah) of Kort, LJ, Trinity, Ivan and Buddy; his great-niece Kambriegh; and his great-nephew Theodore. He is also survived by other loving family members and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Parker Mortuary Chapel (1502 S Joplin Ave, Joplin, MO 64804). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Mt. Hope Cemetery (3700 N Rangeline Rd, Webb City, MO 64870).
