She was predeceased by : her sons, Kelly Burgess, Larry Burgess and Robin Burgess. She is survived by : her husband James Franklin Burgess; her children, Sharon Burkhalter (Sam), Mike Burgess (Charlotte), Jeff Burgess (Carolyn), Brian Burgess (Tina) and Georges Keipes; and her sisters, Alma Webster and Lois Lemaster. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
