She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Hart and Inez Hart (Beard); her husband Ted; her sons, George Richard "Rick" Boyd and Wesley Eugene Champ; and her granddaughter Debbie.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Smith of Bradley, Billie Hodson (David) of Carl Junction and Jack Johnson (Loretta) of Harrisonville, Missouri.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, along with many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
