He is survived by: his wife Janice Coale; his children, Todd Rice (Melissa) of Jerome, ID and Chelsey Rice; his grandsons, Tristan Broyles and Stetson Rice of Jerome, ID; and his sister Judy Hubbard (Jack) of Neosho, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
