She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. P. B. Munson and Regina Munson (Macy); and her brother Phillip Munson. She is survived by: her daughters, Suzanne Hull (Shawn), Julie Chenault (Todd) and Gina Jackson; and her grandchildren, Jakob Hull (Abby) and Kendall Chenault.
In lieu of flowers contributions in Phyllis' memory are requested to the Joplin Humane Society or Webb City School Foundation and may be sent in care of the mortuary.
