She is survived by: her children, Roy Day, Becky Day, Natasha Day, Ashley Wesley and Richard Simpson, Jr. (Amelia); her grandchildren, Richard Simpson, II, Kiann Day, Kilee Day, Richard Simpson III of Ava Farris, C. J, Ella Farris, Lily Day, Justin Day and Theodore Simpson; and her siblings, Georgetta Stewart, Darrell Chamberlain, Debbie Maynard and Mark Day.
