He is survived by: his wife Alice; his children, Tracy Whitehead (David Pruitt), Dawn Smith (Mark), Heather Snow (Kenny) and Jeff Whitehead (Brandi); his grandchildren, Abbey Whitehead (Jake Snyder), Nick Whitehead, Alexis Sanders (Braeden), Emily Whitehead (Aaron Finley), Zachary, Austin and Logan Whitehead; and his great grandchildren, Matthew Snyder, Eden Finley and Brecken Sanders.
