He is survived by: his sons, Robert Higgins of Bella Vista and Dick Higgins (Diane) of Fayetteville, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Jessica Calodonato (Jim), Mike Turner (Brittany), Rachel Turner Thompson (Cody) and Stephen Higgins (Sheryl); and his great grandchildren, Morgan Higgins and Mitch Higgins.
