He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl James Woods and Elaine Marie Woods (Graham); his children, Ronald J. Woods, Jr. and Lori Vail; and his sister Yvonne.
He is survived by: his daughter Angela Denno (Jason) of Granby; his grandchildren, Trevor Woods, Dylan Woods of Kansas City, KS and Ella Denno of Joplin; and his sister Virginia Newhouse of Gaylord, MI. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
