She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Gozia and Mintie Gozia; her husband Michael G. Durik; and her siblings, Debbie Snowden and Gene Scrum.
She is survived by: her brothers, James (Jennifer Gozia) and Richard Gozia (Elizabeth Holloway); and her siblings-in-law, Ben Snowden of Joplin and Annette Scrum-Zezoff of Granite City, Illinois. She is also survived by ten nieces and nephews.
