She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin T. Cook and Mabel L. Cook (DuRall); and her husband Godfrey R. Busick. She is survived by: her sons, Larry G. Busick, Sr. and Godfrey R. Busick III; her brother Edwin T. Cook, Jr.; her children, Teresa Claybrook (Jay) of Spring, Texas, Brenda Fahmy (Samir) of Joplin and Charles E. Busick of Joplin, Missouri; and her sister Wanda Carpenter of Wichita, Kansas. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 29 great – grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
