He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor C. Allen (Vic) of Joplin and Charlotte Elizabeth Allen (Betty) of Joplin; and his brother Gregg Allen of San Francisco. He is survived by: his brother Nate Allen (Ark) of Fayetteville; his children, Kym and David; his child-in-law Odie Williams; his sister Vicki Allen (Mannie Garcia); his nieces, Barbara Straub of Sacramento, Calif and Tori Fullmer of Denver; Terry Allen of San Francisco.
