He was predeceased by : his parents, Jack Ray Willoughby and Sherry Lee Willoughby (Barbee). He is survived by : his children, Tamara Willoughby of Neosho, MO and Tony Willoughby (Kathy) of Joplin; his grandchildren, Devin, Izabella and Haegen; and his brothers, Brian Willoughby (Stacia) of Carthage, MO and Thomas Justice of Fairland, OK. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
