She was predeceased by: her parents, Emory Owens and Esena Owens (Adamson); and her brother Leo Owens. She is survived by: her daughter Jessica Sajid (Mohammad) of Baxter Springs, Kansas; her grandchildren, Lauren Percell of Miami, Kamaal and Raheen Sajid of Baxter Springs, Kansas; and her siblings, Loretta Hartman of Carl Junction, Missouri and Allen Owens of Joplin. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
