He is survived by: his mother Nita Jean Johnson of Joplin; and his siblings, Jack Johnson of Harrisonville, Missouri, Donna Smith of Bradley and Billie Hodson of Carl Junction, Missouri.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
