He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harlan and Patricia Harlan (Anthony). He is survived by: his sons, Andrew and Phillip Harlan; his siblings, Debra Charles (Sam), Maria Anspach, Tommy Harlan and Jimmy Harlan; his grandchild Onyx Harlan; and his close friend Mary Martin.
