She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Haskins and Syvilla Haskins (Keppel); her siblings, Joe and Ida; and her former husband Henry "Hank" Kay.
She is survived by: her sisters, Nancy Malloy (Charlie) and Sheila Clardy of Keokuk; her children, Sheena Vaughn and Doug Kay (Debbie) of Burlington, IA; her stepchildren, Eric Morrison of Warsaw, IL and Gretchen Haage of Edina, MO; John Morrison. She is also survived by 2 grandsons, numerous step grand and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
