It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George E. Behnke (Kahoka, Missouri), born in Keokuk, Iowa, who passed away on April 3, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, George Edward and Florence D Behnke (Fulton); and his brother James Behnke. He is survived by : his children, Jim Behnke (Deloris) of Kahoka, MO., Mike Behnke (Kim Modlin) of Navarra, FL., Jeff Behnke (Dianne) of Kahoka, MO., Raymond Beall (Ina) of Jacksonville, Gary Beall (Jacquie) of Mt Sterling, IA., Barbara Bryant (Ron) of Keokuk, IA., Terri Visser (Randy) of Redman, OR. and Tina Garrett (Bob LeMaster) of Kahoka, MO.. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 6th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Wilson Triplett Funeral Home (975 E Main St, Kahoka, MO 63445). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Peaksville Christian Church.

Memorials contribution in memory of George Behnke are suggested to the Clark County Junior Livestock Committee.
