He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Kline; his children, Gretchen Haage (Clifford Deierling) of Novinger, MO and Eric Morrison (Jamie) of Warsaw, IL; his stepchildren, Sheena Vaughn and Doug Kay (Debbie) of Burlington, IA; his grandchildren, Aaron Haage (Teaira), Tahnee Combs (Austin), Brant Sackman and Lauren Buckert; his great grandchildren, Katie Calcutt, Emmaleigh Haage, Willow Haage, Channing Combs, Cooper Combs and Emelia Clark; his great great grandchild Brooklyn Calcutt; and his close friend Kent Hunziker.
