He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Thomson and Dorothy Thomson (Suter); his in-laws, Gustav and Alta Weiss; and his son Gary Thomson.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Thomson (Weiss); his daughter Janet Calandro (Dan) of Indianapolis, IN; and his grandchildren, Tyler Thomson (Alisha), Whitney Thomson, Andrew Calandro and Joe Calandro. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
