LuAnn leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. LuAnn’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew LuAnn will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Paul and Shirley Mae Azinger (Miller); her son Mark; and her sister-in-law Peggy Azinger. She is survived by: her husband Robert Rankin Jr.; her children, Matthew Hubbard of Iowa City, IA and Angel Hill of Keokuk, IA; and her brothers, Jeff Azinger (Jessie) of Keokuk, IA and Damon Azinger of Sandusky, IA. She is also survived by brother and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
