He is survived by: his wife Rachel Troll Plenge; his mother Vicki Pitford (Bill) of Montrose, IA.; his children, Taylan Plenge of Kahoka, MO., Rylen Plenge of Kahoka, MO., Adalyn Plenge of Kahoka, MO. and Mikayla Hartman (Mason) of Burlington, IA.; his grandson Bennett Hartman; his foster child Zerelda; his siblings, Samuel Plenge of Keokuk, IA., Andrew Plenge (Misty) of Montrose, IA. and Anna Yates (Kelly) of Kahoka, MO.; and his sisters-in-law, April Vargus (Tony) of Urbandale, IA. and Crystal Troll (David Patin) of Asheville, NC.. He is also survived by step siblings, nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Memorial contributions in memory of H L are to his Children's Education Fund, St Paul Church, and Clark Co R-1 Music Dept. all causes close to his heart and will be directed by the family.
