She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Leroy Coop Sr. and Mattie Belle Coop (Dunn); her husband Harold Dwayne Balmer; her brothers, Robert LeRoy Coop, Jr. (Jackie Coop) and Richard Coop; her nephews, Robert LeRoy Coop III and Mathew Coop; and her brother-in-law Leroy Miller.
She is survived by: her daughters, Hope Missen (Bobby) of Quincy, Tracy Sutphin (Chris) of Newton and Gayland Irvin of Keokuk; her siblings, Cindy Miller of Kahoka, Gail Gutting (Max) of Kahoka, David Coop of Tennessee and Tom Coop of Keokuk; her grandchildren, Daniel Missen, Joseph Missen, Natalie Missen, Blayne Irvin, Elizabeth Irvin, Amber Bohannon and Katelyn Bohannon; and her great grandchild Ainsley Hope Missen.
