She was predeceased by : her parents, Aaron Speake and Lucille Speake (Bair); her husband Glenn Haage; her sisters, Virginia Whiteaker and Barbara Ann; and her brother-in-law Carroll Whiteaker.

She is survived by : her boyfriend Mitchell Long of Kahoka; the father of her children Joseph E. O'Day of Fort Madison; her daughters, Brenda Sisson (Mark) of Kahoka and Bonnie Morgan (David) of Kahoka; her grandchildren, Lori Elschlager (Stan) of Kirksville and Mike Long of Kansas City; her sister-in-law Jeannie Hook of Alabama; her grandchildren, Nora Smith (J. R.), Travis Sisson, Daniel Morgan, Tayler Smith (Sean), Shannon O'Day (Shelbi) and Lathen Elschlager; her great grandchildren, Devin, Rylee, Erin, Bryce, Kevin, Annaley, Madisyn, Jackson, Grayson, Evan, Shay, Lucia, Cali and Preston; and her son Kevin O'Day. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
