He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Babich and Dorothy Babich; and his brother John. He is survived by: his wife Nina; his son Michael (Erin); his grandchildren, Carter and Baker; his stepsons, Ross White and Zachary White (Maureen); his stepgrandchildren, John and Nora; his siblings, Jim and Donna Stock (Chris); and his siblings' children, Bret Babich, Brittany Caple (Adam), Joseph Niblock and Sarah Schneider (Joseph).
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church (900 NE Shady Ln Dr, Kansas City, MO 64118). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Resurrection Cemetery (5001 NE Cookingham Dr, Kansas City, MO 64156).
