He is survived by: his brother Dave of Texas; and his children, Greg of Virginia, Paul of California, Dan of Missouri, Michael of Missouri, Sheryl Johnson of Washington, Diana Craft of Virginia, Jeri Kay Falkowski of Texas and Melanie Clifford of Missouri. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
