He was predeceased by: his parents, George Earnest Picone and Josephine Picone (Cammisano); his brother Vince Picone; his brother-in-law Berry Laws; his nephews, George and Vince; and his grandson Quinton Picone.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Kay Burbey; his sister-in-law Pat Laws; his daughters, Josephine Biggs (JD) and Kathryn Picone; his daughter-in-law Sherri Picone (Vince); his grandchildren, Judy K. Picone, Alexandria Picone (Jose), Alisha Picone (Cory), Gabriel Biggs (Caileigh) and Rose Biggs (Max); and his friend Stephanie. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; numerous nephews, and nieces.
