He is survived by: his wife Irene Perez; his daughters, Deborah Mills (Paul), Monica Young and Sandra Frederick; his grandchildren, Sarah Rottgers (Peter), Laura Dobbins (Frank), Brian Mills, Sheena Allen (Marshall), Alec Young and Kelly Clifford (Ian); and his siblings, Teresa Canseco, Rachel Olivarez and Jesse Perez, Sr.. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
